Dr. Sadler

For Dr. Kayla Sadler, joining Kimberling Animal Hospital feels a lot like coming home. Raised in Reeds Spring, Dr. Sadler began her veterinary career right here at Kimberling Animal Hospital, where she worked as a veterinary assistant while in high school.

After graduating, she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Missouri State University before attending the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2024. Throughout college and veterinary school, Dr. Sadler continued building hands-on experience, working at a mixed animal practice as well as in the small animal intensive care unit at Mizzou.

Following veterinary school, Dr. Sadler worked at a small animal and urgent care practice, gaining additional experience in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry. Her professional interests include dermatology and preventive care, and she enjoys helping pet owners take a proactive approach to keeping their companions healthy throughout every stage of life.

Outside the hospital, Dr. Sadler enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, and, of course, spending time with her own pets. Returning to the community where she grew up—and to the hospital where her veterinary journey began—brings her career full circle.
